Suicide Zen Forgiveness

I want to share this #GiftFromAndrea and my #gratitudeAttitude

Trigger Warning:

Suicide Zen Forgiveness podcast is for education only. Some of the subject matter could be triggering for those newly grieving, or in a poor state of mental health. Please call you local suicide hotline, or mental health office if you need immediate help.

Lost a dear friend to suicide at 16, did not know what a lesson it would become. Now, at 65 I continue to appreciate the Best/Worst that keeps me living!

Have you lost someone? Perhaps you teetered on the edge? Did you know that when you share your story you lighten your burden? Is it time for you to share yours?

Life is complicated. It can be a rollercoaster of emotions and often seems to be more than we can bear.

Join me as I talk to others with similar stories. Join me as we share the tips, tweaks and other bits that keep us here. Alive.

Join me as I continue to bumble along, hopefully showing that I can and do laugh at myself, and it can help!  Perhaps you too, can learn to laugh at yourself. And when you mess up, when it all seems too much. Let's not give up! Let's whoop it up! Let's celebrate instead!! Make it a #Failabration and then choose NOT Today... choose to go on...

#KeepBreathing and make the best of your today, every day!

No matter what happens... #ChooseLife

AND Work on your #gratitudeattitude.

#LiveInTheMoment it's the only thing we really have.
